Shipping and Returns

We process and ship orders within 5 bussiness days . Shipping time is 10-20 days.
We ship orders with EUB,EMS or DHL , depends on where you live.

Make sure to indicate a valid phone number in the shipping address so that if you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can make a new appointment in agreement with the courier

All our products are shipped using safe routes and precautions that mitigate the risks of customs stops.
You will therefore not have to pay customs duties or additional fees.

If the item you have ordered is damaged or incorrect we can process return for you within 14 days of receiving the product.

The return policy will not apply if you have already worn the product. Therefore, please keep the status of the product exactly the same as the one received.The cost of return shipping is entirely your responsibility.
We can not process a return if you have ordered an incorrect size so before buying, please carefully choose the product and size, in order to avoid the possibility of having to return it.


Contact us via email or instagram explaining the problem.If we accept the complain we will share address to return the order.


Purchases made by debit or credit card (including pre-paid gift cards) will be credited back to the original form of payment. 

Returns that have been initiated on can take 1-2 weeks to process depending on when the return is received. Please make sure you select the right item(s) you wish to return to avoid delays in refunding.

Please note your financial institution’s return processing timelines before reaching out with any concerns regarding your refund.

UADRIP is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns on orders placed from APO/FPO addresses and US Territories.
